How long does shipping take?
Standard orders take 3-5 working days for shipping. If you’ve chosen to customize your product with embroidery, please allow 5-10 working days.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes, non-customized products can be returned or exchanged within 14 days. For your first exchange of non-customized items, we cover 50% of the shipping cost. Customized items (with embroidery) cannot be returned or exchanged.
How do I know which size to order?
Check out our Size Chart for guidance on selecting the perfect fit. Remember, there is a ±1 cm allowance on each size.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards, and cash on delivery is available for normal (non-customized) orders.
Can I get a custom logo or name embroidered on my scrubs or lab coat?
Yes, we offer embroidery services for names and logos. Simply select the customization option at checkout.
How can I track my order?
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your order’s progress.
