1. Returns Policy

  • Affected or Damaged Units: If your order arrives with any manufacturing defects or damage, you may return it free of charge. Please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your product for assistance with affected items.
  • Non-Customized Products: For your first exchange of non-customized items, MedWearPro will cover 50% of the shipping cost. Additional exchanges of the same item will require the customer to cover full shipping costs.

2. Customized Products

  • Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable: Customized items (such as those with personalized embroidery including names or logos) cannot be returned or exchanged. This policy is due to the personalized nature of these products.

3. Refunds

  • Eligible Refunds: Refunds will be issued in cases of manufacturing defects or shipping errors on affected items. Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
